Noah At One
He is almost 14 months old, and it is incredibly hard to believe. I cannot believe that he used to fit in my belly! Now, his big round belly is nearly as big as mine (well, that's not entirely true, certainly not after ice cream night...but close)! The more we get to know him, the more deeply we fall in love with him. It is an amazing experience!
He is walking, or actually more like bobbling about - but not regularly yet. His favorite mode of getting around is still on all 4's. He's killin' my biceps!! :)

And, What a Year It Has Been...
The Year 2007 began with the birth of our son, Noah Sam (7:07 pm on New Year’s Day). Four short weeks later, the three of us were on a plane from San Jose to Baltimore. Some highlights from our 2007 year include:
• New Years Day Baby - Born in Los Gatos
• Move across the country (to Baltimore, MD)
• New job
• Outpatient Surgery
• 2 ER visits, totaling 21 stitches
• Carly and Matt’s Bridal & Bachlorette Parties & Wedding
• Lydia’s funeral
• Family reunions
• 1st Boat purchase
• 1st Home purchase
• Nanny share arrangements: homegrown operation
• Christmas in MD
Turning Twenty-Eight & Hitting The One Year Mark
I turned twenty-eight yesterday. Another year older...another year wiser? It seems like time is fiercely marching by. It is like water through the fingers. Twenty-seven was a wonderful year for me...this really is an amazing chapter in life. Watching Noah triple his body size and develop from a tiny 'fragile' infant to a curious babbling baby has been cool beyond description. Striving myself to become the mother I want to be has been completely eye-opening. I am so grateful for my life.

Catching up from the holidays has been intense, but I hope to have lots of Christmas and One-Year bday pics posted soon!
